Dissolve 5 g (two teaspoons) or 10 g (four teaspoons) in 200-300 ml of water. Mix well the solution and drink. Take it once a day at any time. Recommendation: Water temperature should be around 40-45 ° C. It is recommended to take this food supplement at least 2 months continuously.
