How to use
For one serving we recommend adding 1/2 scoops (5g) to 400 ml of water or juice before, during and/or after exercise. Remember to drink enough water during and after training when taking creatine for best results. Adults should drink up to 4 servings a day. Do not take more than 2 servings (10 g) at a time at regular intervals, the daily dose should be spread over the course of the day.
