A nutritional supplement to support the function of the immune system, bones, joints, good skin condition as well as to provide energy. 

For one serving add 1 scoop (5 g) to 400 ml of water or juice before, during and/or after exercise. Remember to drink enough water during and after training when taking creatine for best results. Adults should drink up to 4 servings a day. Do not take more than 2 servings (10 g) at a time at regular intervals, the daily dose should be spread over the course of the day.

Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding only after consulting your doctor or pharmacist. In case of hypersensitivity or symptoms of allergies you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Not suitable for children under 3 years.

The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
