How to use:  

Adults take 1 scoop (18 g) per day. Dissolve the powder in 300-600 ml of water, shake well and drink during training. If the prepared solution is stored for longer periods of time, it may become cloudy and precipitate out, so it is recommended to shake well again before consumption. The quality of the prepared solution is not affected by sedimentation.
