Lemon balm, linden blossoms, hawthorn can help to maintain normal functioning of the nervous system and a normal sleep quality. 

Melatonin helps to reduce the subjective sence of time zone difference. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0,5mg of melatonin at bedtime on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival to the destination.

Only for adults. Take two gummies in evening with at least 0,5-1 glasses of warm water approximately 20-30 minutes before bedtime . Chew completelly before swallowing.
